The working principle of the Pneumatic Intelligent Divert valve is as follows: it controls the switching of fluid flow directions by virtue of pneumatic actuation.
First, when the control system supplies air pressure via the air source, the air enters the pneumatic chamber inside the valve body and drives the valve core or piston to move. Depending on the direction of the applied air pressure, the valve core shifts the fluid passage position, thereby altering the fluid flow path.
Typically, this valve adopts a two-way pneumatic actuation design, where the valve switching action is realized through air pressure regulation. When the air pressure changes, the valve core automatically reverts to its initial position, closing one passage while opening another, thus achieving precise directional control of the fluid.
